Perspective
To elevate Kozhuvanal Grama Panchayat to one of the best Grama Panchayats in Kerala by handling issues related to the public efficiently, responsibly and transparently, and by formulating and implementing innovative projects that are beneficial to the people and environmentally friendly.
Mission
To design and efficiently implement various projects that are beneficial to the people and environmentally friendly, with emphasis on public welfare and sustainable development. To continuously improve the quality of public services, maintain the quality of ISO 9001:2015 certification obtained by the Panchayat, and to devise innovative ideas and development projects to achieve excellent recognition at the state and national levels.
